Catherine Breton (Loire Valley) Wine Dinner
We’re very pleased to offer a new, regular feature on our menu – a three-course Wine Dinner that is inspired by a particular winemaker, group of winemakers, or a growing region, with cuisine specifically chosen to pair with these wines.
From Thursday, February 21 through Wednesday, March 13, we’re featuring the wines of Catherine & Pierre Breton, from Bourgueil in France’s Loire Valley. The Breton’s are longstanding ambassadors of Loire Valley’s potential; their delicious range of biodynamic Bourgueils, Chinons, and Chenin Blancs have earned accolades within natural wine circles – and beyond – for over 20 years.
